My Story

Hi, I’m Marcela. I’ve been painting for over 20 years and I’ve devoted the last 14 years to painting with oils almost exclusively. I’ve tried many ways and I’ve found what works for me.

When I switched over from acrylics to oils, I felt very confused and frustrated. I didn’t know what materials to pick or how to use them. I asked questions and heard conflicting information. Everybody was doing things differently and finding processes that worked for me was hard. After taking many  workshops and courses, I finally found the right approach and I am happy to share.  
 
This online course is for those persons wanting to get started with oil painting and are at the same spot I was years ago. 

There’s a lot I’ve learned about art, creativity, and working as an artist over the years. I’d love to share it all and walk alongside you in this next stage of your creative journey.
